Jillian Noel Hennessy
Jillian Noel Hennessy was born on November 25 on the 25th of November, 1968. She is a Canadian singer, actress and musician. Her most well-known work is her role on the American television show Law & Order, on which she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, on which she was the main character, Jordan Cavanaugh, for six seasons. She has also been an actor in films like RoboCop 3 or Most Wanted as well as independent films Chutney Popcorn, which she co-directed. Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy her father was an executive in sales and marketing. This required frequent travel which resulted in numerous family relocations. Maxine was her mother. She was secretary. Her daughter was taken away by Eleanor Her paternal grandmother who lived in Kitchener, Ontario. John Paul Hennessy Jr. has a younger brother as well as Jacqueline is a twin sister. Jacqueline is an anchor and journalist on a Canadian TV program. Hennessy is of Irish, French and Swedish origin, and has Ukrainian Roma and Austrian ancestry. After graduation from Grand River Collegiate Institute (both located in Kitchener) She then was a student at Stanley Park Senior Public School. She also took part in the Toronto subway. Hennessy along with her sister and her first performance was as twin call-girls in 1988's Dead Ringers. According to Gillian Anderson (the actress who got the role) she was a finalist for Dana Scully's part in The X-Files. In 1993, Hennessy was signed by Dick Wolf as Claire Kincaid, assistant district attorney in the NBC crime drama Law & Order. She played this role for three seasons, and then ending the show as an actor in 1996.
